MIDHURST WOMEN’S HISTORY

I am co-leading a project team to research the lives of notable women from Midhurst and the surrounding villages. Outputs will include a ‘MidHERst (working title only!) women’s history book, an exhibition and a day conference.

STEDHAM CHURCHYARD SURVEY

I am continuing to lead this community project to research the history of the village of Stedham in West Sussex and its past people. Following the publication of the first book of ‘Stedham Stories’, the research is now focused on the second volume, which will cover the histories of the farms and estate houses. IPING CHURCHYARD SURVEY

I will shortly be leading another community project to survey the memorials at St Mary’s Church, Iping, within the same benefice as St James’s, Stedham. The ongoing research from both projects will dovetail and significantly add to our historical knowledge of the locality.
